Thank you for shopping at JaraLuca Studio.
This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.jaralucastudio.com.
JaraLuca Studio / LZ Klank Klus is based in the Netherlands and sells digital music production products, online courses, and music-related services to customers worldwide.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, most purchases from JaraLuca Studio are final once the product has been accessed, made available, or downloaded.
This Refund Policy applies to customers worldwide, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2. Digital Products — No Refunds After Access or Download
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- preset packs,
- sample packs,
- MIDI packs,
- Ableton Live racks,
- templates,
- project files,
- downloadable files,
- e-books,
- digital music production resources,
- any other downloadable digital content.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately, all sales of digital products are final once access has been granted or the files have been downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, you may be required to expressly agree that:
- you want immediate access to the digital content,
- the digital content will be made available immediately after purchase,
- you understand that digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods,
- you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund once the digital content is made available, accessed, or downloaded, where permitted by applicable law.
Once a digital product has been made available, accessed, or downloaded after your consent, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as:
- changing your mind,
- buying the wrong product,
- not liking the sound, style, or content after purchase,
- not having the required software, DAW, plugin, or plugin version,
- not reading the product description before purchase,
- incompatibility caused by your own setup, DAW version, plugin version, operating system, or third-party software,
- no longer needing the product,
- expecting features that were not listed on the product page,
- lack of knowledge or experience required to use the product.
Please check the product description, software requirements, compatibility information, audio demos, screenshots, and any available free previews before purchasing.
3. Technical Issues with Digital Products
If a digital product is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by our files or delivery system, please contact us at:
Your message should include:
- your full name,
- your order number,
- the product name,
- a clear description of the issue,
- screenshots, error messages, or other relevant details if available.
In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:
- technical support,
- a corrected file,
- a replacement download link,
- installation guidance,
- or another reasonable solution.
A refund may be issued only if the technical issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
4. Online Courses
Online Courses with Downloadable Materials
Some online courses may include downloadable materials such as MIDI files, preset packs, sample packs, Ableton Live projects, templates, racks, project files, PDFs, or other digital resources.
These downloadable materials are considered digital products.
You may request a refund for an online course within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting info@jaralucastudio.com and providing a clear and specific reason for your request.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Accessing the course does not automatically disqualify you from requesting a refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund if:
– a substantial part of the course has been watched, completed, copied, or misused,
– any downloadable materials included with the course have been accessed or downloaded,
– MIDI files, presets, samples, Ableton Live projects, templates, racks, project files, PDFs, or other digital resources have been downloaded,
– the refund request is vague, abusive, fraudulent, repeated, or made in bad faith,
– the request is based on expectations or features that were not promised on the product page.
If downloadable materials have already been accessed or downloaded, those materials are non-refundable. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund for the course content only, but we are not required to provide a full refund.
Approved refunds will normally result in removal of course access.
5. Services
Services include, but are not limited to:
- mixing,
- mastering,
- one-on-one mentoring,
- feedback sessions,
- custom music production services,
- other music production-related services.
Service refunds and cancellations depend on whether the service has started, how much work has been completed, and whether the service has already been fully performed.
Customers may request a cancellation or refund for a service within 14 calendar days of purchase or booking, unless the service has already started or has been fully performed with your prior agreement.
If the service has already started with your agreement, we may charge a reasonable amount for the work already performed.
If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund after full performance where permitted by applicable law, the service becomes non-refundable.
To request a cancellation or refund for a service, contact us at:
Your request should include:
- your full name,
- your order number or booking details,
- the date of purchase or booking,
- the service purchased,
- a clear reason for your request.
6. Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days, unless an exception applies.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, such as downloadable products or online course materials, you may lose your right of withdrawal if:
- you expressly agree to immediate delivery or access before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and
- you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available, accessed, or downloaded.
For services, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly agreed to the service starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right after full performance.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory rights under Dutch, EU, EEA, or UK consumer law.
7. Customers Outside the EU, EEA, and UK
For customers outside the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom, all sales of digital products are final once access has been granted or the files have been downloaded, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to, customers from Israel, the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, South America, and other regions.
If your country gives you mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights will still apply.
However, where permitted by applicable law, digital products are non-refundable once accessed, made available, or downloaded.
8. International Customers and Local Consumer Laws
JaraLuca Studio sells to customers worldwide.
Consumer protection laws vary by country. This Refund Policy is intended to apply globally while respecting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and a mandatory consumer protection law that applies to your purchase, the mandatory consumer protection law will apply only to the extent required by law.
