1. Refund Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
To request a refund, please email us at info@jaralucastudio.com, including:
your order number,
the date of purchase,
the reason for your refund request.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final once downloaded.
However, if a file is defective or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Courses & Services
Courses and services also follow the 7-day refund policy described above.
Once a service has started (e.g., mixing, mastering, mentoring), it becomes non-refundable.
4. Processing
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
