We sell digital products (preset packs, sample packs, e-books), online courses, and music-related services. Please read our refund policy carefully before you make a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Presets, Samples, E-books)
Due to their digital nature, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.
Exceptions: If the product is defective or cannot be accessed/downloaded due to a technical issue, please get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase at info@jaralucastudio.com. We will either provide a working replacement or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
2. Online Courses
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
If more than 20% of the course has been viewed, refunds are not available.
3. Services (e.g., Mixing, Mastering, Mentoring)
Services become non-refundable once the work has begun.
If you wish to cancel a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
